Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Currently we only accept orders from the Unites States, and all physical products are shipped via economy shipping based on order amount. Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been processed and shipped out.

Order Changes

Orders in our system cannot be modified and we currently we do not offer exchanges. If a customer would like to change the contents of their order, it will need to be canceled and a new order placed for desired products.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund, customers must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order. Products must be returned unused and in the same condition received within 30 days of order. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Customer is also responsible for paying full shipping costs and all shipping costs are non-refundable. Once a return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify the customer that we have received their return including details of the refund requested. Refunds generally takes 2 to 3 weeks to be fully processed.
